Artist's Description

This young anole has chosen this yucca (or whatever it is) sleep in every night for two weeks or more. It’s always someplace in the same area, roughly at my eye level. This is where it feels safe, even in the rain, stretched out straight.

Yesterday he fell asleep “brown”. This morning he was green again.

I wake him up. They sleep with eyes closed. Very cute. I’m a pest.
