Muley Doe and Hybrid Daughter by

We heard about some hybrids past the outskirts of town and went to investigate.

Never thought we’d find them. We were just spending my last morning on a drive out in the grasslands with nothing around but antelope and cattle.

When we came to this barn, I saw two sets of ears.

And there they were.

We backed up very slowly and gave them the jitters.

My friend, a Montana native who grew up on a ranch with a lasso in hand said she was positive these were the hybrids we were looking for.

Near Big Timber, Montana.
