Baby Brown Thrasher, too young to fledge. It must have fallen from its nest, because its leg was broken and one wing injured. It rained later in the day – the parents were feeding it. But at dark, I brought it in to feed, to keep warm and safe. Bayou George, FL.

It was delivered to a local wildlife facility this morning and hopefully it’s injuries will not prove life threatening. It was eating.
A good sign.
