This is one of the many wonderful view from the top of Mt Avalon. It was quite a spectacular day too – no rain! Cool and just right temperature-wise the hike was adventurous and fun. The reward at the top made this worth it! Here we’re looking down Crawford Notch and of the other almost countless mountains that subside here. That cliff in front of us is one heck of a drop!
Untouched from the camera taken on August 6th, 2009 from the summit of Mt Avalon located in Crawford Notch in the White Mountains of NH.
