Brisbane City. Queensland. Australia.

I didn’t know what to call this. That big green mirror glass building stands out like a sore thumb……. so “Sore Thumb” it is. This image was taken around 15 mins after “A Time to Reflect” , the wind had picked up and the glamour had dissappeared.
I wanted to get an image that showed the crazy colours in the sky and the real colour of the Brisbane River. The two really gelled together and created the coolest looking earthy city scape.
This is an 18 shot panorama. 6 portrait frame images with 3 exposures for each. (-2,0,+2). Blended in Photomatix to create the HDRand then stitched in Photoshop CS5. Little bit of Topaz Adjust filter and Unsharp Mask to the background layer.
