This was an interesting image as far as lighting as it was taken against a 1m softbox for a backdrop and just one other flash head…
First set-up your softbox and meter that at about f16…take a couple of shots at f13/f14 and make sure it is pure white on your camera histogram.
Next place your model…in this case the lovely Monika…in front of the softbox. Take another shot at f14 and you should get a great sillouette.
Place a beauty dish in front of the model about 2m away and aimed at her face…it wants to be in the same axis as the camera…or slightly above. Metre that at f14 and take the shot.
Oh and if you have a large fan handy…chuck that in for good measure!
