This style of yoga is characterized by a focus on viṅyāsa, or a dynamic connecting posture, that creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures. Vinyasa translates as linking and the system also implies the linking of the movement to the breath. Essentially the breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures.

I know what you mean. It’s not an easy thing to edit one’s own work.
I’ve been thinking of selling on line books and I have a couple of book stores lined up to sell.
I think it’s a process of going over and over the work getting rid of the “weak stuff” slowly until you have nothing but your strongest images left.
I have thought of doing a test book with www.myphotobook.com…; I have done some model portfolios and holiday books with them and the quality is fantastic…they’re printed in Berlin.

WOW, the back page could almost spell out a word, he he. Beautiful. Looks uncomfortable though. I would asphyxiate myself doing some of those moves,.
