Part of a stained glass window at Cologne Cathedral.
It is the “Beweinungsfenster” (Beweeping Window).

The winged lion is shown underneath Mark the Evangelist (as usual) and is sometimes called Nergal.
(Strange thing is that Nergal is the Babylonian god of the sun, war, and pestilence, and ruler of the underworld.)
