I have a friend who cooks like he lives his life – with passion! He shared a recipe with me that I still need to try but it sounds great so here goes –
Artichoke hearts, chilli, a dash of lemon, little bit of salt & peppa, fry in butter for a bit and drip some cream over that… Serve on pasta. Add trimmings if you like and eat your artichoke heart out!
