I drove down the Northern Beaches yesterday morning the sea mist ( Advection Fog ) was rolling in, I couldn’t get a park anywhere because of the Australia Day celebrations and the hoards arriving to escape the heat. I decided on the rock shelf at the northern end of Mona Vale and was just in time to climb onto a large boulder, set up the camera, and see the last of the fog lifting. A normally uninspiring view (because of all the houses on the headlands) was just beautiful.
