A Bee Sting

Like the times of all I now have come to the part of my journey of end. Fin
She may have been the bearer of bad news but I will be the bearer of strong continuation.
She may not crave the taste of honey that she nested upon my petal-some charisma but now plays the part of a waiting wallflower.
The vindictive mind games of who will pick up what’s left.
I am the bee who will zap around like I have not been bothered but really soak in blossomed sorrow. She will form from a caterpillar and rise to a wandering butterfly. If ever our paths were to cross I will sting her with jealous rage as I know that butterflies never stroll alone. Shall I bed the flowers that seek my seed or be poetic and wait without care?
Either way once the smart people detect our presence we will be thankfully gifted with a squirt of termite liquids and be trapped in bubbles of guilt whilst suffocating from irony and the sins that we have committed.
We may wander, we may dance but we may never understand what we really do to each other.

We may wander, we may dance but we may never understand what we really do to each other....wow…the way you wrote this. The metaphors you wove in are amazing, and the message is just as. Enjoyed reading this, Matt.

We may wonder what we really do….and then only one of us may understand any of it anyway and will one feel more alone in our cocoon? You weave a good tale of love and longing and wanting and lamenting and having reasons to have no reasons is sometimes just not reasonable….hmmmm hope this translate into to sense…X
