*Not actually crazy, actually true.
Printed to fit best inside a 3” x 4” window, including 3mm white padding around the edge.
Leroy in his old gear that was worn in the Lonely Monsters graphic novel. Upon its completion he switched to the current orange hoodie, simply because drawing this striped hoodie on a regular basis was a pain in the ass.

Particularly great shading and lighting on this one (chiaroscuro, even :)
Love this one Matt – more subtlety with shades? The weight and feel of the clothing is spot on..
Thanks man. This is all inkwash with a layer of digital colour over the top. I’m taking a similar approach on the new Leroy comic, has a more natural feel to it than the halftones and layered textures (plus it makes the original art more attractive to the collectors hehe).
Great job Matt!! Love the inkwash technique!
Thanks so much :-)
Very nice work man! Love it. I like the stripes though, I can see why you don’t!
Sweet as mate!
Thanks Ushna :-)
Wow, another great Leroy piece! Awesome :)
