The Ghost and the Graveyard by

Long Exposure fun in the night at the Spring Hill cemetery in Sebastopol, CA. just before the police came and kicked me out.

All light provided by the moon and some electric votives (to create glow).

Yes, I am the ghost.

…have a happy halloween to all my RB friends.

    Hey Matt!
Cool to see you getting into the spirit of things… and leave it to you to capture yourself as a ghost. Must have been kinda tricky handling the remote shutter release, yeah?
Don`t know how you guys deal with the weather out there in CA… I mean, what`s Halloween without chill & drizzle??
Have a great one yerself dude :-))

  • It’s a tradition now to get out a few days before and see what images I can spook up. Usually there is a little drizzle. Last year I couldn’t keep my lens dry.

    Thanks for the cool comment!

I like it!! (wait… the police kicked you out?)

  • Yeah, there was a lady living nearby who got panicked by people wandering around in the graveyard late at night. I showed the policeman what we were up to and he immediately was cool with us.
