Taken at Fort Baker. The fog was dense enough to block the view of San Francisco entirely.

Great shot, this bridge looks so much better at night, beautiful layer of fog :))
I’ve taken a few pics of this bridge in my life and I have to say that it’s at its most interesting when it’s got fog around it. Thanks for the wonderful comment!
Why, thank you Linda!
excellent capture!! Love the vivid colors and the fog!
Thanks Dave! The colors in the original RAW file were a bit hard to tame. I took this into Photoshop RAW and got rid of the majority of the red hues, but to dial it into what I saw in person, I had to do some adjustment layers to make the fog white and greay like it’s seen here. A lot of work, but worth it for hearing from someone with your talents!
Stunning capture Matt.
A wonderful imagej
Great capture! I love the lights and the fog!
Thanks Meike! I was lucky to have shown up when I did… the bridge is like that… always changing.
This is a very unique shot!Great capture!
Yeah, I was excited to see this scene for that very reason. So many pics of this bridge and not too many that seem original. Thanks for noticing!
wow — that is incredible. great timimng and very dramatic. Expect to see Godzilla appearing over the bridge at any moment!
Y’knowwhat Mike? Being there in person, there really was that awe inspiring, drop jawed feeling (and yes, Godzilla was there… just off to the left) that almost made me forget I had a camera on me.
