Sunset Over San Francisco
The Bay Bridge. This is probably the most popular spot for photographers to capture this exact scene that I caught. I have seen it so many times, and though it is thoroughly cliche’ I still had to get one of my own.

Thanks all. I was looking to get a different shot that would require me trespassing on government property but the Coast Guard were on guard so I decided to do this one.
This is the shot you’ll see on many postcards in every single gift shop at Fisherman’s Warf or China Town or… you get the idea.

That’s exactly it, isn’t it? The shot’s been taken a thousand million times, but never by ME! LOL But the thing is, they’re all a different moment in time, and therefore, a different photo, altogether. Another unique view.

You are absolutely right. I actually enjoy every view I’ve seen shot from this location. It screams romance and is so much bigger than life when you are right there looking at it. If it weren’t for the police who patrol this area that has no legal parking, I could have stayed all evening just watching the cars travel over this span.

Fantastic view. And if I was there I would want my own shot too. Even though it may not be as spectacular as yours. The nature of the photographer. I did get a shot from Treasure Is. of SF on New Years eve when a tall building had it’s office lights on to read 1972 Now that was a long time ago. I can’t be that old. LOL
