Thankyou for the comments everyone. They’re friendly enough, they mainly eat the cactus flowers, although this guy was over a metre long including the tail. I really cant recommend the place high enough!

Thanks Rob, this was taken on my Panasonic FZ5 at full zoom, so around 430 mm. So yeah, he was a fair way away.
