Thurston Lava Tube
Thurston Lava Tube in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. From the markings along the tube it appeared that the lava flowed at the same depth as the level of the camera for a period of time. Thurston Lava Tube is very accessible in the national park, a short drive from the Kilauea Crater lookout.

Thanks Sharon. It was quite cool and damp inside, but this tunnel was well lit and quite popular. It the ones that don’t have the lights installed that are a bit scary!
