A series of shots taken at Tewit Tarn in the Lake District. This is one of my favourite site as it’s right next to castle rigg stone circle except there is never anyone there. On still evenings (and mornings) The mountains of Skiddaw and Blencathra form perfect reflections in the mirror water. You also get great views to the range between Derwent Water and Buttermere, including Catbells, Grisdale Pike and Causy Pike.
On this particular evening a friendly horse kept us company, offering us advice on composition and hyperfocal distances as well as chewing a little on my camera bag!
