Flamber
This is generally what will happen when your wok is hot enough ,the oil has been thrown in …then the prawns …the oxygen ignites with the hot oil.
Simple proceedure to accure a flame … if only it were that easy with love…I guess if it was it would’t be worth the effort we put into it.
