There was, as always, a fair amount of hustle and bustle moving around which makes hdri difficult. It seems all of that lent to a limited angle and framing of the shot. The cars are driving by, traffic police and army trucks, people, tourists, add the heat and need to get moving on with others I still managed to get this statue into my photo collection with some measure of sufficiency.
I believe it is Ignacio Vallarta and a governor, as opposed to a saint of the nearby church as one might initially suspect.
