Wildflower poem by Sally Omar please visit and see her amazing writings.
A Wildflower
Beautiful with hair
Billowing around her face
Eyes like sapphires
Looking in space
Wild as she ran
Through the field
Always dazzling
Never would yield
A princess
Wild with emotion
Yet not sure
Of her devotion
Wanting to always
Be wild and free
Always who she
Wanted to be
A Wildflower
Can settle anywhere
Will find her place
Without a care
No shoes
On her feet
Is not what people
Consider discreet
Wanting to drink in
Every bit of life
Doesn’t allow
Any kind of strife
Stronger than
Her appearance shows
Wildflower laughs
As she goes
Never caught
In anyone else’s dream
She is truly
What she seems
A WILDFLOWER
