Stop the Car!
That is what we said the whole way up this winding road to Fort Mountain State Park in North Georgia. This is one of my favorite Road shots as the colors were the most vivid I have ever seen and the motorcycles were LOVING it! I stood there watching for about half an hour.

Great capture. We travel this road between Ellijay and Chatsworth a lot. Have you ever taken the old single lane dirt road from Chatsworth to Ellijay by way of Conasauga? It is 25 miles long and speeds are very slow. There is a lake and small park half way across th mountain. Rough to get to but pretty up there. Lots of wild flowers.
