This picture was taken whilst visiting Fraser Island with my family in 2005. The photo captures the Maheno Shipwreck in all of it’s rusted glory.

Great subject … I like the way you’ve captured the reflection of the wreck. Did you manage to take any dawn images with the wreck? Imagine the red light of dawn playing with the rust and windows of the wreck …

We only went for a day trip so I wasn’t able to take photos at other times of the day. But you’re right, it would be a wonderfully interesting shot. Thanks Peter!
