Leigh Creek Fire
Yurlu (Kingfisher Man) lit a great big fire at Leigh Creek, South Australia, as was the custom to inform other Aboriginal people that he was traveling through country.
The fire he lit formed the Coal Fields now mined at Leigh Creek.
