This beach chair and umbrella is located on Patong Beach, in Phuket, Thailand.
On the popular beaches in Phuket, the locals setup rows and rows of these beach chairs each morning, in preparation for the tourists. While relaxing on these chairs, the locals will then ply you with cold drinks, and will try to sell various trinkets.
