(Printed to fit A3)
A collection of images of magnificent Bald Eagles either about to take off with wings outstretched, actually “on the wing”, or just landing on tree branches. There are several images with prey (fish) being clutched firmly in the Eagles talons, which is being brought back to their nest to feed hungry eaglets. All images have been captured off the east coast of Vancouver Island and along the coast of Denman Island, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada and represent many happy hours behind the lens of the camera over a three year period.
Equipment used: Canon 40D and 20D cameras, Canon EF500 F4L IS lens, with a 1.4 converter, Gitzo 1548 tripod with Wimberley head.
