Beautiful Pennsylvania…Franklin Township……As I stroll thru my yard, I am constantly aware of how beautiful it is where I live. It’s a quiet street. The neighbors are friendly but seldom seen. There is no noise from traffic, and the sounds of birds and the rustling of the leaves is sometimes the only thing you hear. If I stroll out back, the vista that opens in front of me is just fantastic. the Blue Ridge mountains can be seen to the south and at various times of the year present with all the wonderful colors of fall or snow covered Rocky peaks. My favorite thing is to sit under our weeping crabapple tree with a cold beer and just relax and take in this wonderful scenery.
This shot was taken at the end of my driveway facing east, 7:30 AM in October. the Burning Bush and corn background caught my eye. I wanted to soften the image but the Gausean Blur tended to soften everything too uniformally. So I used ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) and decreased the Clarity to the point I found just soft enough. I like this effedt because there is still some nice definition and clean lines preserved
