Looks like a metaphor for rusty john’s fingers to me….he’s gona get them fixed next week. Love the delicate watercolour effect you get in the sky in this one.

what ships used to come in from the sea on a high tide and dock here, someone’s lifetime gone. great colour combinations & composition with the Lighthouse given plenty space which adds importance. – excellent marshall

I didn’t recognise this as Shields it looks like it is a million miles from such a built up industrial location. I love the contrast between the posts and the subtle colours in the sky, both via for my attention and more importantly they both work with each other.
