This work is the study for Distant Rain, which is also in my portfolio. Everything was right about the view in this Laurel Highlands scene.

I started drawing for my son, who was fascinated with it as a child. I took a few classes in colored pencil and watercolor and found the company to be exceptional, and have loved the art world since.
I like it!
Thanks, LT. ") It got much bigger and more colorful when I did the final.

Check out her picture Beautiful World! It’s just that.Thank you for the fave, Reynaldo, and the compliment.
I love the perspective on this and the blending of these colors. Looks like some places around where I live, lovely countryside.
Green and lavender are so beautiful together. This is the Laurel Highlands in Pennsylvania. Nearby is Falling Water and Kentuck Knob, both designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Very pretty country. Thank you for your generous praise!
Well it just so happens that it’s not real far from me. I love the Laurel Highlands and Frank Lloyd Wright’s home, that’s so beautiful. I’d love to go back.
We were fortunate enough to stay at Nemacolin for a few days. So much to see in this area. My son was in Frostburg, at a basketball camp which was at the college. It was great for the whole family.
I’m familiar with those areas, beautiful country!
