What can I say other than I like to express my feelings through art. It is a good feeling to just let it all come out and take form. To be honest I do not have a particular picture in mind when I start. It just happens. I figure that it is something that I can’t quite put my finger on that needs to come up and out. I know that most of these painting have a dark theme, but they were emotions that I carried inside me for years. I needed to look them in the face. Isn’t that the only way that we can abolish our fear, is by looking it in the face? The only problem was that these doubts and these fears had no substance and I had to materalize them. This way I could look at them, examine them, and let them go. Now they are for ever trapped in a painting.
It is time that I started letting people back inside. Letting go of feelings is what it is all about. One of the things I really love about the abstrat art is that it really lets the observer see inside their own minds.
