I’m an up-coming TV/Movie stills photographer, living in LA/USA…

Been running my own little mobile studio business in England, called Portraits@Home which delivers fine quality dynamic wall art images at a fraction of the high street prices. But that was all before I moved over to live in California, USA.
So now I’m living and making artworks in Los Angeles, along with baking bread and cookies. I may even start making my own pasta but that’s besides the point. For work, I’ve been trying to rebuild my portraiture business. I’ve now got a rudimentary studio of sorts that can travel anywhere it needs to. I could really do with more lighting equipment, but I still have no real income.

My recent work has been a series of studio portraits just using my circle of female friends as models. None of whom have ever modeled professionally or would have even realized their potential until working with me. I think my eye for female beauty has only developed since I turned 40. Before then, I could only see obvious good looks but now I can detect beauty in almost anyone. This means that I can finally do some good in this world as a healing photographer. 2 out of 3 of my recent model/friends had serious reservations about the way they looked until we worked together to create and rediscover their inner beauty.
