Taken near London’s Embankment tube station on my third visit to this wonderful city. London is literally one of those places I could visit again and again.
And nothing quite represents London and Britain like these old red phone boxes that once covered the country. Today there are fewer and they’ve become mostly a tourist moment, but you still see them around much of London’s historic area.
For this photo, a selective color treatment was used to really make the phone booth’s original bright red pop against the high contrast background that was converted to Black and White.
