Icon On The Thames
One of my favorite photos that I have framed in my living room featuring a view from the south bank of the Thames River in London.
This shows one of London’s most well known bridges, Tower Bridge.
Although it appears ancient, this bridge is artwork itself. Built in the Victorian era, it is a drawbridge and pedestrian walkway that is a miracle of engineering. The stone facade mimics the nearby Tower of London.
