Something catches my eye and I photograph it, always with the intention of reworking it into something I can call my own. My thinking: It’s not what you look at that matters but what you see and how you see it. That’s what makes the difference. That’s where the artist shines.

  • This is a Photoshopped image and quite different from the film original which was taken on a bright cloudy day and was without any inherent moodiness. Hope this explanation doesn’t detract from the worthiness of the final image you see here. Thanks for your good comment.
