Light Fantastic

“Light Fantastic: As a fan of Sir Hans Heysen’s work, I was intrigued that our Gallery photographer Mark Richards is inspired to emulate Heysen’s use of light and colour. If you check out Mark’s landscapes on his website you’ll see that he goes a long way to achieving his goal. But the super-enhanced composites are also testament to Heysen’s skill: Richards uses 21st century processing power to achieve what Heysen captured with a brush.” By Noel Probert, The Adelaide Hills Magazine Spring 2013.
