Sheep grazing at sunset on the upper end of Mine Road (between the town and the Mine) Kanmantoo, Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
This is an area of the Adelaide Hills where you can experience amazing scenery with dappled and sometimes intense light of sunrise and sunset. Also a great place for the ‘Australian’ landscape which was what inspired me to take this shot… it was such a real moment of where I was.
Taken with a Canon 350D EOS DSLR and a Tamron 28-300mm lens.

Amazing light and colors.
Hi Mark well done. The orange, browns and blues are a good contrast.
Just a wonderful depiction of how it really is, I have been travellin Australia since the early 60’s and love being in the country side, lived in Bendigo for 12 years, wasn’t country enough for me.
Wonderful landscape!! :D
many thanks Cee, your words are appreciated.
