THE ADELAIDE HILLS MAGAZINE - SPRING 2013

Light Fantastic

“Light Fantastic: As a fan of Sir Hans Heysen’s work, I was intrigued that our Gallery photographer Mark Richards is inspired to emulate Heysen’s use of light and colour. If you check out Mark’s landscapes on his website you’ll see that he goes a long way to achieving his goal. But the super-enhanced composites are also testament to Heysen’s skill: Richards uses 21st century processing power to achieve what Heysen captured with a brush.” By Noel Probert, Full story in The Gallery section The Adelaide Hills Magazine Spring 2013.

Many Thanks...! Exhibition Opening

Many thanks to all who attended the opening of my exhibition “The Four Seasons” at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery on Sunday, 9 Dec 2012.

The exhibition went off extremely well and was a most exhilarating experience, though it took much work in the preparation leading up to the opening, however, it was a most worthwhile experience with many thanks to the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery Volunteers and Staff.

The exhibition has been extended until the 24 February 2013 so if you would like to visit the Gallery and view the exhibition there is still plenty of time:
