Little Guest
Mouse on yellow leaf. He might be cute but he is a wild mouse. I got a few shot of him before he decided to run back to nature.
I read one book about animals one day and I found out that this little fellow is a little harvest mouse (micromys minutus). He is quite rare in the islands in Estonia.

I think that the answer to the question why he did not run off so quickly is beacuse he saw his own reflection from my lenses and I think he liked that reflection so much and he even didn´t notice me! :)

Marko – how did you manage to get so close to this guy? I know it helps to have zoom but it just looks like he paused for you take some pics of him. He is really adorable but only if he’s OUTSIDE! You did capture a great shot!

What can I say :) Usually when something like that happens I´m in a wrong place or I am without my camera! But this was like a gift. Usually they run away, but this little mouse did not run away, at least not in a second, so I had chance to take the picture! Maybe he is a really brave mouse or was he curious? Or maybe he was a bit too scared to run away?
