After a long weekend that included two days of intensive university study, a music performance an hour and a half from my house and a severe lack of sleep, I dragged myself down to Albert Park to be trackside for the 2010 Melbourne Grand Prix.
This was my first experience with a Grand Prix and my second experience with serious motor racing and thus I dragged out my 600mm lense and pointed it at everything that moved. I was pleased with the results considering the circumstances but my final shots at the podium really connected with human emotion and thus gained ranking as my favorite shots of the day.
Shot with Nikon D700 and 80-300mm Nikon Lense (cheapy!).
