Werribee Mansion is a beautifully restored heritage building. As with many Victorian Government Heritage sites, they have strict tight rules about photography to the point where I had to ask permission via email a few days earlier. I am very grateful that they accepted me as a student of photography and allowed me to shoot without the exorbitant costs that a professional photographer must pay.
This shoot was completed entirely with my 50mm f1.4 lense (attached to my Nikon D700) as I found my 24-70mm was distorting the building too much at the beginning of the shoot. I enjoyed the challenge of sticking to single lense throughout.
