The Flinder Street Clocks are a long standing icon of Melbourne. People have for years been meeting “beneath the clocks” and no doubt there are so many romantic stories to be told. As the facades of it’s surrounds have changed, such as the demolition of the Gas Company building and the construction of the contemporary structure known as Federation Square, the Flinders Street clocks have remained the same.
