I am 42 years of age from Birmingham, England.

I have only recently started taking photos with a ‘proper’ camera having bought an Olympus E510 after being inspired by seeing the beautiful images created by my good friend David Parkin.

I am very proud of my city, which is often unfairly maligned as a grey concrete jungle, and I hope I can show that there is plenty of beauty within Birmingham.

As a newbie I haven’t really got a particular style or subject. That may well evolve as I learn, who knows.
