What a beautiful portrait of a magnificent Cougar! Wonderful detailing of the Cougar’s coat, including contrasting markings. Love the alert expression! There have been lots of cougar sightings here on the island this year and quite a few were shot by Conservation Officers. There was a little boy who was attacked by a Cougar on the West Coast, but thankfully survived! I’m still hoping to capture one with my camera. Great work Mark! : )
