I was traveling through Vietnam with my then girlfriend Libby when walking through a backstreet we stumbled across this makeshift barber in Ho Chi Minh city
If you look closely you can see the clipper are attached to a car battery, the mirror is strategically positioned and there is even a hat stand for the customers.
