Hard at Work

Taken August 4, 2006 aboard a commercial scallop boat off Cape Cod, Massachusetts during a rain storm.

Hour 10 of the trip…

This was one of the shorter trips, we were only out for about 17 hours.

Be thankful for seafood! ALOT of hard work goes into getting it from the ocean to your dinner plate!

    Thank you! I took this on in August of 2006. It started out being almost 80 degrees, within 20 minutes, the temperture dropped to 62, the sky turned black and the sky opened up. I had never seen to rain that hard while I was on the boat.

    Very neat. I like how the water is suspended in midair in this picture. I want to go back to Massachusetts, it was a very interesting state.
