Arches 300gsm

This beautiful beach on Lord Howe Island was my inspiration for this painting. Even though the weather and the water were cold, we still went snorkelling because the beach was so inviting.

Marion, this is fantastic! Watercolour is such a difficult medium to master, but you just have a knack for it, and you achieve something so different from the usual watercolour work one sees. I so envy this talent of yours, because I love watercolours. What I find even more fascinating is the similarity between your watercolour paintings and your printmaking images.
