Toronto is full of riches for the photographer. This image was taken in the lobby of an office building nearby where I’m working at Adelaide and York.

The answer to “What is it?” It’s a light fixture.

curves, lines, abstract, abstraction, toronto, urban, urban extractions, sinuous, sinuously, languid

Gardener and photographer exploring the magic and wonder of plants and gardens in the natural world and the abstract art in the everyday decays around us. All photographs are © copyrighted and owned by Marilyn Cornwell.

I like the way you cropped this to show off the curves and bands of light and colour. I may have seen a light fixture like this during an interior design show in Toronto once. Great capture!
