This is just beautiful Marie! – much tighter control and use of the technique – the skin modelling is excellent, very subtle cool tones in the shadows – the hat is modelled superbly well, and the red is perfect! – It has the feel of timelessness that fits the subject perfectly.
A really outstanding painting – I am so proud for you. Your best work yet Marie.
