The deer seem to be catching my eye this week. This is a great close up..

the catchlight in it’s eye, is a reminder of earth, i can easily see how you can see it.
the detail from the eye, to it’s mouth eating the plant is outstanding, your exposure is Perfect concidering you were probably shooting in alittle shade.

WOW simply beautiful

I almost hand fed a timber wolf when I was in Yosemite, and a very large bear did a very large shit outside my tent one morning while I was asleep inside. I was in one of the permanent tents, and under my cot bed was enough food for 10 people.

You probably know this Mar, but you aint really allowed to do that with your food in Yosemite, but all the steel lockers were full and we didn’t want to leave it in our van.

Thinking back, I was very very lucky. 2mm of canvas isn’t really the best protection against a hungry bear.

Well Mar, I don’t know about bear shit=luck, but I did get some great shots from Yosemite, especially at night.

We also had massive bear paw prints on the side of our van that morning. The prints were right on the top of the van and the van was about 9 feet high. BIG bear.

I could live in Yosemite forever. Or even better… Golden in the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia Canada.
