thankyou tahnja, your comments are always appreciated! Lady Godiva! yes i guess thats what she is, she is made out of clay and went into an anagama ( wood fire, fire the dragon) kiln shes got some nice colours that came out.. this is my first in a new series of still life ( the third decade series)

I think that statue is gorgeous, she represents so much of what I paint and believe in. I take it you made her oh talented lady? If I could afford one I would love to have a piece like that. She’s gorgeous!

oh me too! I work with racehorses part time six days a week and have done for more than a year now. I love every minute. My boss is the very successful Robert Price of Turpentine Park Thoroughbreds :o)

that sounds pretty exciting!! ive got a lovely thoroughbred retired from racing called sookey and im teaching my daughter to ride at the momment so we can go out on some nice trails together.

what a fabulous idea! Both my girls can ride as well. I use to ride a lot and was successful in sporting events as well showhorses but gave it up many years ago. I prefer being on the ground with them these days lol. I ride every now and then and that’s enough for me. Oh I’m so thrilled we have horses AND art in common! Thank you so much for sharing this with me!
Oh and I use to live in Coraki, not far from Lismore some years ago before I went to America with my music career. I loved my time there, the most amazing surrounding countryside
